Recently I purchase a Disney cars jacket for my nephew’s birthday from ikoala. It was a great bargain and perfect for winter. Being my first time ordering from them, I found the website to be easy to use and excellent value for money. A few days later my order arrived by Australia post well packaged and the item in perfect condition exactly as they described it on their website.

I am so happy and extremely impressed with the quality and speed of delivery. I have to rate ikOala five stars for making it easy and quick to get what I ordered. My nephew is going to love his new jacket, I just know it.

I will definitely buy from ikoala again and will now recommend them to all my family and friends. I just want to say thanks for making it possible to trust online shopping and cant wait to start Christmas shopping!

A friend referred me to ikoala so I decided to try them out. i like shopping online but have had some bad experiences in the past so I do rely on recommendations from family and friends when deciding to which companies to shop with online.

I was having some difficulty so I decided to call their customer service to help me find some items I was looking for. First of all I have to say that I’m very impressed that an online company is offering a toll free number as many other online stores don’t even offer a number to call at all.

A lovely lady answered my call and helped me find the products I was looking for. She then helped me place my first order online. She was so helpful and friendly I thought it would be nice to share this with other people who shop online.

Im waiting for my items to arrive however I have a lot of confidence now shopping with ikoala and look forward to getting my order.
