I have always thought that you can't really know how good a supplier is until something goes wrong. 

in this case it did thru no fault of ikoala but the service I received from them was first class! 

The problem solved quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. Have been a long time customer and will certainly continue to be one.

It is unfortunate to finish my experience with a problem that is understandable, and of course unexpected. I fully understand the problem when an update occurs with our computer systems. We just have to be patient.

I enjoy dealing with Ikoala and they couldn't have handled the situation with any more professionalism, so why should I complain.

I know eventually the problem will be solved and I will be contacted again, Ikoala keep up the good work, I love your attitude.
