It is unfortunate to finish my experience with a problem that is understandable, and of course unexpected. I fully understand the problem when an update occurs with our computer systems. We just have to be patient.
I enjoy dealing with Ikoala and they couldn't have handled the situation with any more professionalism, so why should I complain.
I know eventually the problem will be solved and I will be contacted again, Ikoala keep up the good work, I love your attitude.
